#StandWithUkraine 🇺🇦

My home country is on fire. Russia brutally and illegally invaded Ukraine on Feb 24, 2022. Russian missiles and artillery have been destroying civil (schools, hospitals, residential buildings) and energy infrastructure across peaceful Ukrainian cities, including my home town of Kharkiv.

Russia keeps killing and destroying lives in Ukraine daily.

If you wish to support Ukraine and its people, please see my post on Medium with a list of funds and charity organizations that I personally support.

Thank you! 💛💙

To fellow Economics students, PhDs and researchers: please consider purchasing an e-book 'Thriving in Economics', with my contributions, in exchange for donations towards Ukraine and its people by #Econ4Ua.

Please also consider attending online workshops on data analysis organized by my colleague -- all proceeds go to support Ukraine.

I am a policy economist and a final-year PhD in Economics candidate at the University of Groningen, Netherlands.

I have worked on policy-oriented projects on public opinion research & microeconomics of electoral behaviour, human capital, economic policy analysis and national/regional development, alternative data macroeconomic monitoring and Ukraine for academia, think tanks and policy institutions.

Please see my full CV here.

You can check out my academic and policy research and public engagement activities (columns, media coverage, radio shows, podcasts, TV, presentations) on this website.

I occasionally blog for Inomics and write on Medium about  Ukraine, art, books and craft beer.
